I’ve been wanting to try this Hong Kong style cafe for a while! The interior did not disappoint. It certainly felt like you were stepping into a movie set featuring old Hong Kong. The atmosphere is really good. I came on a Saturday around 2 pm, so there was no wait for a table. We ordered cheung fun with peanut butter and hoisin sauce. It was slightly more watery than I like. We also ordered satay beef chow fun, which was delicious. The portion size was huge, with plenty of beef slices. I also got the baked curry chicken cutlet. This was amazing. The cheese topping was finely torched and melted perfectly into the curry sauce. Another notable mention was the black pepper sauce dishes. Our dish came with both the pork chop and chicken cutlet. The chicken melted in my mouth, while the pepper sauce added a kick. It’s served on a hot plate, so it comes out steaming! Overall, I was impressed by quality of the dishes. I would definitely dine here again.

Everything we ordered was excellent. The food brought back a real sense of authentic Hong Kong nostalgia, with flavors that felt both comforting and memorable. Highlights included the rice rolls with satay enoki mushrooms and beef casserole, Chun’s special beef tripe, spicy salt & pepper corn, choy sum in garlic sauce, and the beef chow fun (legit, done right)—each dish was prepared with care and packed with flavor. The service was attentive, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The iced coffee was smooth and refreshing, while the red bean, tapioca, and grass jelly smoothie was absolutely amazing and the perfect way to end the meal. A wonderful dining experience overall. We’ll definitely be back for more.

Overall, the flavors here are decent, but the execution is a bit inconsistent across dishes. The standout was definitely the Ovaltine Molten French Toast—rich, well-balanced, and not overly sweet, making it an easy favorite. The Curry Pork Chop Spaghetti and Mixed Grill Rice were both solid mains, with generous portions and satisfying flavors that make them reliable choices. That said, the snacks fell short of expectations. The Imitation Shark Fin Soup was quite underwhelming, lacking both depth of flavor and substantial ingredients. The Rice Noodle Rolls with Mixed Sauce didn’t have the smooth, silky texture you’d hope for, which affected the overall experience. The Curried Pork Skin and Fish Balls dish was also disappointing, as it was heavily skewed toward pork skin, with only a few fish balls included. Another miss was the Portuguese Chicken Chop Rice—the rice itself had an undercooked, grainy texture, which detracted from an otherwise decent dish. Overall, it’s a convenient spot for a quick, casual meal, but better consistency in preparation and quality control would significantly improve the dining experience.

I was checking the reviews before I went there today and it’s surprised me!!! The waiter who served me today was nice, the food is served also quickly. I like the fried noodles, the texture of the noodles is just right👍 The tea flavor of Hong Kong-style milk tea is also very rich.

Nice decoration, Hong Kong street vibe! Great price breakfast, $8.15 and included hot drink and toast!
